Oswego Dental Health Associates

I had my first visit here a couple days ago and was extraordinarily pleased with my experience! The waiting room is clean, and cheerful. The office staff was very pleasant and down to earth. My assistant, Ashley was so professional and informative! She took the time to explain everything she was going to do which made all the X-rays I had to get so much more bearable. When the dental hygienist came in, she was so gentle and kind. I had several questions for her and she did her best to answer without making me feel like I was uninformed. Never once did I feel condescended to, but I felt respected as this is MY mouth and teeth. They never acted like they were elite or more intelligent than I was like the last practice I went to. The dentist always was very down to earth and helpful. I havent been to a dentist in about 5 years due to most dropping my insurance. Recently I changed insurance companies, and though I still had difficulty finding a dentist, Im so happy I found this practice; its worth the drive for me.

While I didnt see the doctor my first visit, the receptionist and hygienist were great! Very informative, helpful and I had a great gentle deep cleaning.

Totally unprofessional practice! Was seen back in march as a new patient had a cleaning done. Had a 6 month cleaning scheduled in September however I recently started having pain. Called today to get in and the provider I saw in march left the practice and the office no longer takes my insurance. No phone call, letter from them or anything. The receptionist said it was the providers choice not to send a letter to his patients letting them know he was leaving practice. The dentist office should have notified myself if that was the case! Now Im in pain and have to find another dentist. Who knows how long before I can be seen again!

Honestly staff don't seem to care, only go to this one in town because it excepts my insurance :(
