Reached out as a consumer to get an estimate of doors for my home. Apparently they will not come out to give an estimate with out all adult members of the home present. Seems ridiculous as a business not being able to speak with a singular adult. They 100% lost a customer in the process.

Have gotten a few calls from them the last few days even though we went with another company a while ago! It reminded me of the weird experience we had with them about a year ago. It all started when we won a gift card drawing and never actually got a gift card then they show up for an estimate but wouldnt give me one because my husband wasnt with me. I assume to pressure you into making a decision right there. It was a huge turn off and was the reason we did not choose to work with them.
