Typically this restaurant is good. I ordered soup and salad 2xs in the last few days and today the salad was not fresh. Much of the spinach in the salad was rotten and the remainder of the lettuce was mostly the core. Barely any chicken too. Maybe a teaspoon! Consistency and freshness severely lacking.

I ate lunch here on my work break. As soon as I approached the counter an employee asked if I wanted to sample any soups! I did sample the Chicken Pot Pie and it tasted yummy but was a little too salty. I proceeded to ask for a low-sodium, vegan or vegetarian soup. The employee stated that the restaurant offered (2) choices today. A Spicy Black Bean Chili and a Rustic Farmers Vegetable soup

Sensible layout. Mobility accessible, except for the main doors which are manual. Lots of soup options . I think they allow tasting of soups before you choose, but nobody offered it, and I didnt ask. The staff were genuinely polite, respectful and friendly. (This seemed like a really good crew) (its painfully obvious when the staff of an establishment is taking just reluctantly at their job and life possibly) anyway the workers of Zoup seemed great. I got a fresh mixed chicken ceased salad (amazingly fresh and tasty)and a cup of lobster bisque. (Was microwaved warm, it was good, but warm soup isnt as good as hot soup) spent 14$ no drink.
Would go again.

Staff is always friendly and ready to invite you to try their many soups. My 91 year old Dad fell in love with their chili! Price on pick 2 good. Have had eat in and take out.
