There was no one else that would have got the job done for me like Jay Herlan did! I mean I don't even know where to begin. I was referred to him after bad experiences with Realtors. When we met he took the time to explain everything about the buying process to me. I am a single parent who chose to buy in a difficult market. There were so many times that I just wanted to give up but Jay was so motivating and patient and he kept looking and searching for my home and he found it! We crossed off everything on my checklist and I couldn't be more happy. With Jay you get someone who will go into the home and look for all of the BIG red flags and will not allow his clients to settle.
