THE PHONE SYSTEM IS RIDICULOUS!!! I WAITED 20 MIN IN QUE POSITION ONE ONLY TO GET A FORCED VOICEMAIL ON ME THEN I CALLED RIGHT BACK AND WAS IN QUE POSITION 3 ?!?!?! I saw a doctor here regarding an eye stye that turned into a sebaceous cyst that I've had for OVER 10 YEARS and she basically accused me of lying on how long it's been there saying well why didn't you take care of it then? Like lady, it was the least of my worries for the last 10+ years and wasnt affecting my vision and I'm here now so please fix it! she told me to warm compress it 4x a day like me doing it 2x a day over the last 10-15 years wouldn't have gotten rid of it anyway, I'm going to make another appt to hopefully get it fixed this time.. it's all about $$$ .... will update after.
