I've been seeing a doctor with this group for decades. The staff are helpful and responsive. The doctor has always been very supportive and kind.

Very unprofessional after weeks of calling to get my daughter an appointment finally got it. I messed up and went to the wrong place. Got ahold of them same day paid the $75 fee and told they would get my appointments back up. They called back and refused service after they got there money

My therapist was helpful . Im not happy with the fact that I wasnt informed that my therapist retired. The staff didnt seem to care that I wasnt informed .

The dr. REPEATEDLY failed to call in refills after several requests. My daughter had gaps in taking her meds because of this. That alone causes her anxiety - not to mention what missing doses does to her. This is an irresponsible office. Would not recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences thus far with wny psychotherapy. I do admit when first trying to become a patient, it was slightly challenging. I started by visiting the website and checking out each individual providers bio & picked who I thought I would best be able to connect with. I initially requested care through the website, as if there's an option to not have to talk to someone on the phone, I take it. This may have made my process a little longer than needed. I will admit that it's weird that my initial calls and current appt reminders come from the northtowns location when I am a patient in the southtowns. Overall, the care that I am getting is wonderful, and I highly recommend this practice.
