An absolutely professional and amazing workplace. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a simple and rewarding job. This place is for all skill levels entry level and advanced for machinists and machine finishers. People are flexible with work schedule and accomodate workers with disabilities with chairs or let you work and sit down. It is very safe with undercover police 24 hours a dsy since we manufacture medicine and surgical tools.

I have seen a rapid decline and everyone's success rates and the overall happiness level of everyone and my co-workers. Very disappointed when Janessa took over. Not only does she remind me of every single mistake she says there is no room for error. We are human, we make mistakes as humans. My coworkers have made mistakes and they have gotten no repercussions. She's best friends with some of the people so she has a prying eye, they're accused some of coming back late from brakes this and that little tidbits. There are no cameras there's no way to track it because we take our lunches later than usual sometimes and it's very unfair. I will be filing with the better business bureau I will be contacting the New York State board of health and I'll also consult with my other company and probably pull our contract out of viant medical. It's disappointing this information is unfortunately accurate. This woman should not have this much power, with great power comes great responsibility and in this place abusing your employees verbally and accusing them are making accusations against them when you don't really know the truth as not the professional way to go about that especially with a tone. She's very total not very personable and I would like to see her go. Probably going to do a news article about this as I have inside footage. Hopefully this doesn't turn into a big PR problem. I have a couple radio stations interested in my story of my journey with my husband and how aggravated he is and how scared he is of losing our home because of this careless person they put in charge.
