Beautiful gifts and great customer service. I went there today to find a wedding picture frame for my daughter. Barbara assisted me and was exceptionalfriendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! It was a pleasure working with her. Definitely a five star individual! This is my go to store when I need a very special gift. I have never had a bad experience yet. Seriously, awesome service. Had my ring inspected, that I had some work done on years ago, and was so well taken care of. Everytime I go, I have awesome service. My ring my watch etc, consistent great service.

Reeds Jewelry does more than sell its unique jewelry. In one visit, I was able to arrange repairs for two items that have great sentimental meaning to me and it was clear that Jenny, the young woman who helped me, is very knowledgeable. She clearly explained to me what would be involved in the repair as the break was rather challenging, asking if that would be satisfactory. I absolutely was not only satisfied but very grateful my jewelry was in good hands. I had also taken in a few broken pieces of gold for sale, and again benefitted from Jennys knowledge as she carefully studied each small piece and explained their total worth to me. My experience reinforced for me that in all cases, from purchase to repair to sale, it is best to work with a respected and long lived jewelry store with staff who are truly expert in their field.
