Just attended a wake today for a family friend and the care given was wonderful. Today we were greeted by staff who welcomed us and offered water (they circulated throughout the service asking if we wanted water/ cookies in the lounge. Plenty of staff at service and did made a hard and sudden loss easier in terms of presentation of the decease and overall care

I can't say enough good about Lombardo Funeral Home. We were given all the time we needed to make my husband's arrangements. Gordon and Lauren were wonderful.

Lombardo Funeral Home did such a wonderful job handling my mother's funeral. They were, friendly, professional, courteous, and so very accommodating throughout the entire process. They really do go above and beyond expectations to make the difficult process of saying goodbye as easy as possible. They even helped us handle the conflict over not having pall bearers for our small gathering. They team up with some amazing kids and teacher from Canisius High School to provide this service for grieving families. They too were amazing and so very classy. Further, I have heard stories of other homes that "nickel and dime" people, taking advantage of grieving families. This is NOT Lombardo's policy. Costs are straight forward and reasonable, no surprises in the end. I was especially pleased with the included prayer cards and tribute DVD, which they were sure to make extra copies for my siblings at no additional cost. And another nice touch, for those who like dogs, Lombardo Funeral Home even has Bella the comfort dog to bring a bit of positive energy into the mix. They truly have all of the bases covered. My mom's day was just beautiful, and I credit Lombardo Funeral Home for it. They really are a cut above everyone else, a class act, for sure.

The only reason we gave five stars is because We cant give them more. They deserve 10 stars. Joe and Gordon were very helpful answering all our questions and taking their time with us. They were all very kind and understanding including the drivers and Gordons associate in the office. She was very kind and helpful also. We highly recommend Lombardo in your time of need and wouldn’t think calling anyone else.
