Wife and I inherited a 1968 home from husbands parents. It has a brick woodburning, converted to gas and converted to an electric fireplace (Pro Fireplace). Fireplaces are great, for aesthetics, but can be drafty, sucking the hot air right up the chimney. Contacted Pro Fireplace, talked to Mike, and his partner Wayne, they came out, looked it over, "not a problem it can be done". Professional, understanding, personable, priced very reasonable, demonstrated all the features, including the remote control....bottom line..a definite contact. Cleaned up and recommend as to how to clean the glass, made sure we understood the product verbally. Didn't just hand the owners manual to us and "here read this", recommend reading it, its in a file. Fantastic, outstanding product, install, and staff.
