        Very slow. The girl who drew the blood sat on the phone talking and made us wait. There was no one in the place, but she just talked away on the phone with friends. Not friendly at all.

        I arrived at 7:00am at the lab's office. There was a man waiting from 6:15. He left at 7:00. I called and was given a number to call. Was told they would be 1 hour late. Someone finally arrived at 8:00. Unacceptable. I will be thinking twice about going to that office again.
