I had reached out to get a quote on repairing a bad siding job that had been done on our home (by another company). Shane got back to me right away, and was at my house within 24 hours to give me a quote. Even though the project was on the smaller scale they fit us in with it 2 weeks. They were on time and quick to respond to any questions I had. His worker went above and beyond for us and they left the back yard pristine. I would highly recommend them! Service: General repairs

Had dormers and siding done on our house. The entire project was estimated 3 to 4 weeks it ended up taking 5 MONTHS!!! Shane was incredibly unprofessional he would send his wife to receive payment without getting the ok to come or that it was ready then he would stomp into our house pouting and arguing when all he had to do was wait. He constantly lied and we would catch him in his lies like saying material was ordered and it never was. He breached our contract immediately by not starting on the agreed date and he used sub contracted framers was going to sub contract the gutters i had to do the electrical myself he didnt know what inspectors were required in Orchard Park even though he is based out of Orchard Park he did a terrible job with the drywall he actually walled in an outlet and let his son and another kid sand with orbital sanders which if you've ever done drywall you know is a no since you cant keep it flat I ended up just telling him to get out of the house and i had to redo all of it. He was supposed to but drop clothes over things and never did we have personal items that are ruined because of all the drywall dust and furniture that hold my dead mothers remains they decided to use as a desk and spilled energy drinks all over it and marked it all up even though i specifically told them not to touch it and had i pushed against a wall out of the way.He was supposed to call national grid to move our service line and he never did they left it sagging less than 10 feet from the ground i had to call and have it fixed. The best part of the experience was he knew we had a baby coming and knew we had limited time and he pushed it all the way to a week before we had our baby. He hired a dumpster guy that was inexperienced and destroyed our lawn he left material thrown all over the yard and left his trailer on our property that also killed grass they fixed what the dumpster guy ruined but not what the ruined. I could go on forever about how terrible this experience was. I wanted to fire him immediately but as this was a wedding gift i was not in the position to make the call. My father in law owns a construction business and has done well and shane constantly compared himself to my father in law even though they're 2 different types of construction and that my inlaw has been working his butt off for 30 years to get where he is today. The only positive was Shanes Father Wayne he is an incredible carpenter and he works his butt off and does amazing work we are very happy with everything he did the trim and siding are great I really hope you are paying him well shane because he's the only thing keeping you going as far as carpentry. And also out of the 5 months they were here i think i seen Shane actually work a total of one week he was never here and when he was he was doing little stuff. If youre doing home remodeling do not put yourself through the aggravation with this company he was in way over his head with our house i will never call a contractor again im better off doing it myself i know for a fact i could have gotten this project done faster than they did even by myself. Yes covid hit which is void because he had time before it happened to cut into the roof so they couldnt be stopped but he didnt and it was only supposed to be a 4 week project he had plenty of time to get it done after things opened before our babies due date. He wasted our time and made it so we couldnt get our babies room ready before she was born. We are extremely angry and bitter with everything I dont see you lasting long Shane especially with your cry baby attitude and antics i hope you do turn it around though.
