        Great people, but the mechanics could not find the problems I was having while still under warranty. The manager Pete, was rude and mocked me for pointing out problems that were happening, that his staff clearly could not find. Im giving a bad review because they did not take note of the specific problems I mentioned, they said they could not help me anymore because Im NOW out of warranty and I will have to pay the regular costs, all the while EMPIRE AUTOWERKES on Walden Ave has taken great care of me, uncovering problems. They even recommended me back to VW of Orchard Park while under warranty, but EMPIRE seems to have more caring staff and are more thorough!
