        I only call the OP location even though I live in Tonawanda because they are GENUINELY nice and helpful people. OP is an uppity, real hoity toity kinda crowd so they are used to dealing with Karens. Im not a Karen but Id rather deal with nice people than the people at the Tonawanda branch who seem to have a problem for every solution.
