Make sure you have a back up vehicle cause they take forever to fix it. They tell you one thing & the same answer you keep getting is You need to come back. I had mine there for 2 weeks went to pick it up when they told us to come back. we just went in to grab it and yet again more excuses if you don't care how long they take to fix your car this place is for you!!

Truly very kind people, attentive to what the client wants, communicative, very professional work and very good quality, excellent work on my car, they always showed evidence of the parts they put on my insurance, I recommended my friend and he also They fixed the car and it was very pleased, I am very happy and grateful to them, I recommend them 100 percent.

I went to Bank Street to fix some damage to my lift gate and to fix paint that was scraped off two doors. I worked with Eric who was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. As a non-car person, I had a ton of silly questions that Eric answered. Eric explained the process of what theyd do to fix my car and he gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Not only did they stick to that estimate but I got my car back early. The work done looks amazing and you cant even tell something was wrong with my car. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend Bank Street to anyone that needs some work done on their car. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do a good job in a timely matter. I'd go here for insurance work. Too expensive if you're getting work done out of pocket - charging close to 6-700 dollars for a pressed in wheel bearing, when other places charge 3-400, felt a little gougy.
