The best place to live!! We moved here in June and we absolutely love it. It is so dog friendly and our dog enjoys playing with the other dogs in the neighborhood. We have a beautiful view of the lake and the park is fun for kids!

The townhouse that I leased was in great condition when I moved in. The place is spacious with huge closets in the bedrooms and a large basement where the kids were able to play and watch TV. The private laundry in the basement along with storage space was an extra bonus! Aside from the residence being a wonderful place to live, the property manager, Debbie is magnificent. Her kindness, patience, and understanding were immeasurable. Whenever I had a issue that needed to be dealt with, help was immediately provided. I can't say enough about how much she helped me transition to a new place in my life as a single mom. If you are looking for a place to call home, either temporarily or permanently, you should absolutely consider Green Lake Apartments and Townhouses.

My husband and I lived here from April 2019- December of 2020. We loved living here and never had a complaint. Neighbors are all extremely quiet, we never heard anybody which always made it feel like we were living in our own home. We have dogs and it was nice to live right along the lake and so close to the park. The premises were always clean and the doggy bags with trash stations made it very simple to clean up after our pets, and everybody in the community did the same. Debbie the manager was always super helpful and extremely nice. She genuinely cares for her residents and its nice when you call she remembers you by name. The only reason we moved is because we bought a home, otherwise we would have loved to stay here!
