Overpriced, TERRIBLE Customer Service, Rude Staff. Yes, we all know OP Vet is very overpriced... My concern is the lack of customer service and the front office staff employees are extremely unprofessional. I used to hear great things about OP Vet, so this experience was very disappointing.

All I can say is this hospital saved my dog(Sergio)life I will be forever grateful thank you so much. The staff updated me multiple times a day regarding his condition. Thank you so much.

I am so grateful those people are there. I have been sheltering a stray that no rescue would take. Mr. Tux got injured badly and in extreme pain. I was able to take him to the Orchard Park Veterinary Center, after hours. The staff were kind, respectful and efficiently took care of the problem. Mr. Tux is no longer suffering.

A family member took some dogs to the vet. Theyre very sick and dying. She called back to get information and they told her they wouldnt talk to her because she had an outstanding balance. This balance was not paid because THEY made a mistake and didnt charge her, so she did not even know about this Balance (their mistake)yet they still wouldnt answer the question until she rectified the bill. 1) since when do you have to pay to get a question answered 2) how sad is it when its not about the care of the animal and all about the money. .,,Not the only bad experience that Ive heard of from here.

They are the reason my cat is gone . I always took him in at the first sign of illness and did the same this time . The lab screwed up and didnt get the Dr all the information she needed . After that it took her another week to get back to me with the rest of the blood work results . In that time he got extremely sick . (This is even after she had told me one of the possible outcomes, it needs to be treated quickly and thats what he ended up having . )He was also misdiagnosed in the Er . By the time I took him to a different Dr who figured out what was going on with him and started to treat him it was too late . He was too weak and was gone within another week. I also heard the techs and the Dr making jokes in the back and they dont listen to you even though you know your animal the best and they speak to you like your stupid . They dont care about the animals they're treating or the people affected by their mistakes all they care about is money . Because of their neglect the most important thing in the world to me is gone . I should also mention theyre insanely expensive . I would have paid anything to save him and they know it.. At the end of all that they still took a small fortune from me and even after calling and telling someone all this they did nothing about it- also shows how little they care .
