Susan Camus from Imagine properties was aged send who helped us at a time of despair for our family. She found us 2 seperate prime rental houses after a disaster we had at our home. 1st rental was very very last minute and was able to guide us and help compile our documents and get approvals and signed agreements done in just a couple days (out of which we had to replace after the disaster). That rental was not available for a reasonable price in the summer so she was able to find us another great temporary home. Afterwards, she guided us through a home equity loan. Process and put in more effort than we expected or even though was reasonable. She made so much possible for us and helped launch us into our future. We will always be grateful for all the care, guidance, and assistance we received from Susan and her team. Susan answered every question we could come up with. On several occasions, she answered the same question more than once. Every statement, every fee, every problem we ran into...she had an answer that went a long way to put us at ease. Buying a place can be very stressful. The move my wife and I made has really taken a toll on us, both mentally and physically. Without Susan running interference, holding our hands and providing an answer to every problem we came up against...I can't imagine how my wife and I would have fared. The plumbing, the heating, the air-conditioning and the lighting were things that we had to either fix, up-date or just learn about. And Susan had people in all of those fields that helped us a great deal. THANK YOU doesn't quite cover it. So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
