Never ever will deal with them again. Bought a Ford explorer no loan in cash. Nothing but major issues paid for a extended warranty which only gave me 14000 miles before it expired. Transmission went drive shifter bad bad head gasket ect. Truck is shot not even had it a yr. Thanks alot Biscayne. You SUCKKKK!!

The salesperson was kind and helpful. They did everything they could to get us the truck we wanted. We sent a deposit to hold it since we live over 2.5 hours away. We were assured the truck was in excellent condition and the pictures they sent us looked good. But when we got there to test drive and purchase the vehicle, we discovered the engine compartment was covered in rust and holes from the rust. I understand rust is an issue in this area, but we explicitly asked about the rust and were told it was minimal, if any. The owner called us and tried to sell us something else for more money with just as much rust. We politely declined. He then stated that we should have asked about rust (we did ) and to be sure to get video next time. It's too bad he couldn't admit that he should've sent accurate pictures in the first place instead of blaming us and wasting everyone's time. They did send back our deposit in a timely manner. We ended up going all the way to Utah to purchase a rust-free vehicle. I really liked the shop and the salesperson we worked with, but the owner's attitude has me thinking we'll likely not go back to them in the future.
