First time I ever visited a Jersey Mike's was this one in Oneonta, NY...and I LOVED it! Became an instant Jersey Mike's fan. Since I'm moving to this area, I'll definitely be a regular!

I would like to make a suggestion. As the sub (as in my case) moves along the assembly line and makes it to the cashier for wrapping, she takes my money with her gloves on, then centers my sandwich on the sub wrapping paper. I almost walked out then but I was starving from being stuck in Oneonta all day with appointments. Ive been in the food service industry my entire life. The cashier should not be touching dirty filthy currency and then touching peoples food.

For the 3rd time from ordering subs from here, they have messed up my order. I made an online order for 4 subs, mine was with wheat bread and again, was given white bread. 3 strikes and you're out...we won't be ordering from here any more.
