I came in for a phone upgrade as I was having issues that were out of the T-Mobile reign of terror. I was helped by the red head lady (I cant remember her name for the life of me), Josh, and Michael. All of the team members were friendly when I walked into the store. A team member had to leave while my phone was transferring over to the new phone and the red head lady kept me informed on what was going on and they were al extremely friendly and accommodating. The red head lady is also very knowledgeable especially with the current deals! Weve gone her multiple times in the past year and havent run into any of the problems others have had.
