    The dentist and the hygienist were absolutely amazing! Then I went to the front and was given a treatment plan by a woman that seemed very unhappy. The plan was two pages long and $9500. I was told the dentist would not just fix my broken tooth and partial that they needed to do everything. I was then given a iPad that had financing options. I was then told that I was pre-approved for the amount with no interest. I was then told that I did not get approved and that I should try another one. The next one came back approved with 29.9% interest! I told her I could not do that and that I just wanted my broken tooth and partial done. She said the dentist needed me to do the whole plan. I called the next day to inquire some more and she told me in a very snotty way that she never gave me the impression that I needed to get it all done. I told her that she absolutely did give that impression and it has been completely stressing me out. She was very short from there on out and she gave me another much cheaper version of the bill but still had more than I needed done. They try to get you to pay for things that you do not immediately need. There was no kindness and there was no understanding, just short answers and attitude that I personally would never give anyone. So I spoke with another person the next time I called and she was extremely nice and she took the other unnecessary steps off the bill so I can do it at my own pace. I called to schedule and the person I spoke to was very rude and short even though I was just asking to have the process explained to me after I paid 60% for the next appointment. She acted extremely put out and very unhappy I was asking questions. It depends on who you talk to at this practice as to how you will be treated. I feel like its a sad situation as the dentist, hygienist and tech were all amazing. Sorry for the long review but I felt it important to get this out there.

    Twice I made an appointment, twice I took time off of work to go, and twice they canceled my appointment and didn't notify me. Both times when I showed up, I was told that they only had one doctor working. This is, "how NOT to run a business".
