He was amazing when he fixed both my computer and my IPad when the screen got cracked on it. He also explained everything. Thoroughly from start to finish, and helped me pick my new parts I needed for my computer. He is so so knowledgeable, and I only go to Lou for my technical problems.

I had my ipad repaired by a well known tech repair service only to have it break again, same problem, and even though under warranty I did not trust this place to fix my ipad again, as it never worked like it used to before it was repaired even though I was reassured by this company that there was nothing wrong with my ipad every time I brought it back. I brought my ipad to Devecchis Tech Service in Oneonta and they had my ipad fixed and running in top shape in a few days! Michele and Lou are very professsional, knowledgeable, and after assessing my ipad they knew exactly what the problems were! Their prices are super affordable and all work is guaranteed with a one year warranty! Not to mention super affordable rates. I would use their service again in a heartbeat! Very nice, relatable! Great service but even greater people Louis and his wife are very understanding people and will help you as much as they can with any technical issues that you might be having.
