        I always tip extra, and I just want a cup of ice water with my coffee when I wake up in the morning. I dont think its unreasonable as a paying customer. But rather be scoffed at and get an eye roll. Happy holidays to you to Starbucks.

        Waited an hour to get one coffee, staff did not seem like they cared. The store was also dirty, visible dust on pretty much every surface.
