        AWFUL. I ordered DoorDash. Wanted bacon egg and cheese. It says sub sausage for bacon. Pretty clear that means its sausage and I want bacon. I called and owner was unwilling to even work with me. She did not agree that sub sausage for bacon doesnt mean I want bacon. I just wanted them to try and make things right and they werent even willing to budge. Any good owner would try and make things right. Ordered again after DoorDash issued refund. This is the bacon I get.

      After reviewing your feedback, it seems there is still some confusion despite our two previous phone discussions where I thought we had addressed the issue. Our menu explicitly states that breakfast sandwiches include bacon, egg, and cheese. Therefore, substituting sausage for bacon would mean replacing the bacon with sausage. I was prepared to find a solution to resolve this matter, although DoorDash doesn’t allow us to refund orders after they’ve been completed. I suggested that you file a claim through DoorDash so we could provide you with new sandwiches free of charge, which you had done.
