Byrne Dairy and Deli

I have a long commute mon - fri. the Byrne Dairy store on Genesee st., in Oneida is my mid-way stop. I stop twice a-day. This store is ALWAYS clean, inside and outside. The bathrooms are ALWAYS clean and well stocked. I want to recognize the morning crew, Anthony, R.J., James and Jeremiah. These gentlemen should be recognized for great team work, always keeping the store clean. They display professionalism towards each other and excellent customer service when interacting with customers. They have amazing work ethic and are proud of what they do. One of these four men even rides his bike to work. It was 17 degrees this morning. Now if this isn't commitment to the company, then I don't know what is. Management you need to recognize these men AND give them a raise. Their professionalism needs to be rewarded. Thank you again gentlemen for making my commute run a lot smoother.

The group of people working lunch at the Oneida Genesee St store today 9/22/23 killed it. Very friendly, fast and accommodating to everyone. Great sandwich. Thank you.

Asked for a milkshake and I offered to not have it blended, just fill cup with ice cream and pour milk over the top. Save time. Save clean up. Another Byrne Dairy did this when the blender broke on person ahead of me. No problem for me. Well the girl/guy? up front was dumbfounded and only wanted to put 3 scoops of ice cream in for the largest 32oz size. Acted as if it was their personal supply. Other worker explained it was a MILKSHAKE not simply ice cream and I was paying a higher price than just a large ice cream. She/he argued with him. I thanked the other worker and opted not to purchase ANYTHING. Not even gas that I intended. Food prep definitely needs retraining!!!! ( I legitimately did not know if the first worker was male or female or transitioning. It doesn't really make a difference to me but they should take more pride in their appearance especially if they're making food in the public sector. Hair all over the place, lots of gawdy piercings and wrinkled clothes).
