My wife and I purchased a nice 3,000 square foot home that had an oil chugging boiler and indirect hot water tank. This thing could chug some oil! We burned through about $4,500 of oil (1,600 gallons) in about 4 months and I knew that I had a problem! I needed to replace my entire heating and hot water system. I did my research, calculated what size boiler and tankless hot water heater that I needed and found the right systems. I then set out to find a plumber that could install it for me. I literally contacted about 10 plumbers some who had no idea what a high efficiency heating system was nor how to install it and some that wanted to sell me different units. Be careful because there are some really unethical contractors out there. I finally decided to go the the Bosch website and find an authorized plumber to do the install for me. I found Cilento Pipeline and instantly recognized them because they have a shop right in the community. It was 10:30pm at night and I decided to call and leave a vm but instead I got John Cilento...live on the phone. I thought I dialed the wrong number and apologized but he said it was ok. I can tell you that was the best thing that I could have done. From the moment I initially spoke to John, I could tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. Needless to say after talking to a couple more plumbers and doing my research I gave Cilento Pipeline the job. Boy-oh-boy did they do a wonderful job. They installed a top of the line Rinnai RU199 tankless water heater and also a Bosch Buderus SSB 160 boiler. These arent your normal systems...they are super high efficiency units and they have to be installed properly to squeeze out every last drop of the 96% efficiency. They did a really nice job and took extra time to fix some of the plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. His team of plumbers take their job seriously and really thought through the install to make sure everything went well and looked good. I am totally pleased with the work that the guys did, especially Bruce, and told John that I have another big plumbing job that I would give to him because of the great work his guys did with my heating units. Just so you know Cilento Pipeline gave me a fair price to install the units. They were not the most expensive and not the cheapest...they were right in the sweet spot and they were worth every penny! Very professional and they showed up when they said would. I called in the morning and the plumber was there within 4 hours. Highly recommended!
