360 Painting is a great company to work with. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The estimate for 3 rooms of my co-op was very reasonable, and the quality of work is top notch! The crew was very courteous, on time, went right to work, and made sure at the end of day all was neat and clean. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Steven Dodge and his crew did a FANTASTIC job repainting my kitchen, hallways and high-ceiling living room. The quoting process was fast and accurateeverything was clear up front and very reasonable. His original estimate figured the job to be done in 3-4 days; his crew was in, out and cleaned up spotlessly in 2 days. Almost no touch-up work needed eitherthese gentlemen were meticulous in their work! I even asked Stevens team to come back and install some shelves on a 15-foot high wall, which they did with the same meticulous care with which they completed the painting job. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Steven and 360 Painting! Service: Interior painting

Trying to communicate with this company has been not but frustration. I originally had a quote from Mike and got approved earlier this year by the coop board to remodel my kitchen. Getting responses from him was slow but eventually got the paperwork. Once approved, he simply didn't prioritize and kept taking time to respond and answer me. I assume they don't have any respect for people's time and rather keep going after much larger projects. I asked Mike, when can you get started, he replies with a "extremely busy" and "may be some time before I can get your job"... I was approved in April and this was his response in June... August I left a 1 star review and Steven reached out, wanting me to remove the 1 star. I text the number he provided, He tells me he's on vacation and won't return till another month...finally do on the day he said he would return and tells me, wont be back for another week. Finally I get in touch the following week, tell him what the original quote was and he says the price seems to low and need to come back out. I was a bit frustrated with that comment, why would the price seem low and why would you say that if you haven't seen it?? It seemed average and should have just said, he wants to come out and have a look himself... He comes out and says ok he'll do it. I remove the review.... I send him the paper work for the coop board... says he'll get it sent to me over the weekend. Another week passes and nothing...Text him again, says he'll get it over in the weekend. Another week passes and I text him.. no reply, text him a day or two later and he replies that he never got my text and he'll get it done that weekend. 2 weeks pass. I text him on a Monday and no reply. later that day I sent a text with a "?" mark to see if he forgot to reply the first time. nothing... Text him the next day, telling him I'm done waiting and disappointed on the poor communication and can he do this next month or I'm done. Replies with an apology and cannot guarantee that.. nothing more said, that was his response after waiting for many months. I remained patient since I was pretty busy over the summer but this is just a poor poor customer experience. More frustrating is that there was little respect for my time. My project meant nothing to them and didn't seem worth it and that frustrates me the most. It's best just stay away from these guys if you want a remodeling job, they're incapable, dishonest and have no respect for your time. You'll be wasting time meanwhile you can find a reliable contractor elsewhere!

Let me start by saying he ,Steven, answered immediately, which is amazing. Then from there he immediately set up a time to meet to give me an estimate. His estimate was extremely fair and his timing to do the project was amazing. Not only was he great to work with but his workers were courteous, and in time. I highly recommend 360 Painting to refinish any type of cabinets you have. Service: Cabinet painting
