If you've ever seen Click, then you know you can go beyond. I came here on a Sunday around 6pm, and the store was pretty much empty at this time. I like Bed bath & beyond because they have some quality items and they always have coupons. I'll continue to shop here as long as they are around.

I love bbby stores.  But when things go wrong customer service is so incredibly bad that it defies logic how any corporation can be run so poorlyRecently I had a problem & the only customer service available was chat... unfortunately the chat was a computer who cd not understand meI asked foe a call backEIGHT DAYS LATER I was contacted BY A COMPUTERThe computer WOKE MECUP AT 5:10AM VIA A TEXTI AM CANCELING MY BBBY ACCT simply because I can't allow myself to be treated like sh##

Oceanside Bed Bath & Beyond, very disappointed with your store. I placed order with same day delivery and received my package. The box is correct but the product inside is a completely different item. Quality control??? Reselling returns as new??? What possible explanation? Buyer beware!!! Addendum: Customer Service said they would send a same day replacement. Instead I received an email to return it to store for refund or exchange. When I arrived to the store to exchange for correct item I purchased, the "manager Melvin /Merwin" had the audacity to question me, asking if I was "sure" this was how the product was received. Totally unacceptable customer service and lack of respect. Melvin /Merwin should not be managing a store or working in a retail capacity.
