My wife and I met Christian at an open house and soon after starting working with him. What I really appreciated about Christian from the get go was his ability to strike a balance between following up with us and his patience to go at our pace (we were pretty early on in the house hunting process when we met him). Once we were more ready to get serious about putting offers in, Christian was an invaluable resource. Every question we asked he helped answer. Hes knowledgable, experienced, and incredibly communicative. Its the worst when youre working with folks who just disappear or leave you on read for a while and Christian was the furthest thing from that. We wholeheartedly recommend Christian to anyone buying or selling their property. As first time home buyers, my wife and I lucked out finding Christian with him guiding us through the whole process, start to finish.
