        Called in today to get help with some questions, the customer service representative was short, pretty aggressive and quick to say it's all my fault and that I should have done it differently... Asked her to stop being aggressive and she laughed at me. Also sound like screaming kids in the background, not professional at all.

        Surprisingly not a scam. The Town of Groton Personal Property Tax (in CT) uses their services. In case if you do receive a collection letter from ANRG, check to make sure who their clients are on that letter and call up the client(s) to verify. ...And while you're at it, might as well work it out and square things away with the client.
