Though we have been having apartment noise issues from the gym two floors below us, there is really hardworking building management. Tidy common areas, and beautiful roof deck. Apartment design is functional, and classic. Unfortunately our unit is poorly sound proofed. We can hear neighbors TVs, we can hear them vacuuming, and even turning on their microwaves. The gym noise vibrates through our entire apartment, and we can hear talking, and lobby noise. Maybe it depends on what unit you rent. All the neighbors are nice, but the location is not prime. Not easy for any deliveries, one needs to park illegally even to move in. It's of course all in hindsight that one discovers these things.
**Management is responsive and making efforts to fix these noise issues.**

They did a poor job of soundproofing the building, which is a shame since the apartments are nice.
Neighbor talking at a normal level? You can hear their whole conversation through the walls and floor. Someone using the gym? You will hear and feel it in your apartment. Even a noise machine doesnt help.
