Dale was very knowledgeable on their products. Not pushy for a sale and great at helping my husband and I come up with a solution to our mattress needs. Wondering why we didn't start our search here 1st. Update: Metro Matress declined to honor the purchas agreement after it had been signed, down payment was made and waited over a week to notify us. Hmmm should they get a good review? Such a shame as Dale is super.
