The Home Inspector

Very professional, quick, and responsive. We did a virtual inspection and which was new for both of us. It was nice to have him record and comment on all the things that he saw needed some TLC. Afterward he sent video recordings and a full written report with all things he talked about in the video. Highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with the level of professionalism and experience that David has. He was extremely thorough with his inspection of a property that I am looking to purchase. With is inspection I now feel like I know of every issue that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend anyone that needs a inspection to go with David.

David was very professional, helpful, and kind. We needed an inspection done ASAP and he worked us into his schedule the next day, answering all of our questions. He met us at the property to walk us through and show us what he found at the inspection. He was absolutely fantastic and I'll be suggesting him to anyone in need of a home inspection in the future.
