Very bad customer service, can't even confirm my appointment after trying for 3 days and a accumulation of 4 hours on hold currently been on hold for 45 mins and counting with no answer after waiting 6 months for my appointment!

They never answer the phones In a timely manner dentists have attitude there staff is very limited wouldn't recommend without cert staffing

Cant even call to make an appointment an hour later after 3 other attempts and decided to go to a different dentist. Not worth the time and no point in calling and having a phone if youre just going to expect people to come in person. Peace out. Loss of potential patients must not be a concern to them. Ive been to AMD before in Oneonta they were much more patient centered. Yall might want to fix your problems. Chenango county has enough issues.

Very unprofessional they do not return phone calls I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes finally hung up waiting for my dentures for over 4 months yet when you go to the off their all available VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I finally got my dentures tops are great after 3 adjustments on the bottom. They are still curing into my gum . I'm not able to eat with them in being told there is not much more they can do. Guess what you can make me a new bottom. I don't care how good they look I want to be able to eat with them

I called when I was in horrible pain from a broken tooth and they fit me in for an appointment in less than 3 days. They are very compassionate and kind. I do not like dentists, however I will be returning for any other dental needs I have in the future! Thank you for all you do!
