We had an absolutely amazing time in this charming bnb. The property is wonderful, the rooms are very tidy, and the beds are so soft and comfortable. We had the best sleep of our lives! If youre in the area, you MUST stay here. Woke up to a wonderful home cooked breakfast (breakfast casserole) and a steaming cup of coffee. I will be back for sure!

Highly recommend. Its a very attractive property, and my room was very nice, with comfortable mattress and pillows, and all the conveniences I needed. Renie was a gracious host, accommodating my need for a brief overnight on bicycling trip to central NY, and sending me off with a cup of coffee.

Visited the area to watch my sibling play football at Colgate University this passed weekend & thankfully Renee and Matt had a last minute room available for us (all the major hotels in the immediate area were booked up). They reached out to us and kept in contact prior to our check in to let us know their process and to see what time we would be getting in and ask if we had any questions. They stayed in constant contact with us, or responded/called us back quickly and answered any/all of our questions. When we made it there after the game, Renee and Matt were SO incredibly welcoming and kind!! Their home was beautiful and our room was very comfortable/accommodating!! The house/room/bathroom were all spotless clean and decorated beautifully for the season. The property they live on is stunning and I spent the first hour of my morning sitting right next to the big picture window in the great room that looks out to their beautiful backyard, just staring in awe of how beautiful their property was!! Renee and Matt were so thoughtful and kind and made sure that we had anything/everything we needed. Check out was 11am, we woke up at 7, ate breakfast courtesy of Renee and Matt (and ate with them) and we had planned to leave after we finished eating. But we were enjoying our conversation so much with them, before we knew it, 2 hours had flown by and we were collecting our things to bring them to the car by 10:45am, and hugging Renee and Matt goodbye as if they were family or as if wed known them all our lives!! Very sweet, welcoming couple with a beautiful home!! We will most definitely stay again if we are ever back up in the area!! We may even make a trip back up for a weekend just to come visit Renee and Matt again since we enjoyed their company so much!! Lol Thank you so much Renee and Matt for your wonderful hospitality and for welcoming us into your home!! We had a wonderful stay!! Happy Holidays
