We just finished our loan process with Jeremy Klenner. This is our first home purchase and he made this extremely easy and it wasnt stressful at all. I would recommend cross state funding to any other first time home buyer who needs to be walked through the process. I am extremely thankful we chose cross state!

Jeremy was a freaking rockstar. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go through him again in the future. Great communication, always working, always on top of things. Can't say enough good things about my experience working with him.

This place seemed 10/10 at the beginning, but then it all fell apart and made my first house buying experience a nightmare. They missed my car payment, so that changed my debt to income ratio. At every turn, it seemed like I was told I have a unique situation, but they are licensed professionals. To miss something that important blew my mind cause I didn't know that was possible. Since I gave them everything they asked for and answered their questions. Then, when it came time to get homeowners insurance, I called and asked if I had to escrow it or lump it in with my car insurance payment. The lady said it didn't matter, and since it was my first house, I didn't know cause I didn't put 20% down it had to be escrowed. But they said it didn't matter, so I lumped it with my car insurance only for them to call me like an hour later and say it has to be escrowed. So, I guess the lady was handing out random answers over the phone. But then it's too late. My insurance said it can't be changed for a couple of weeks cause it was already processing. This whole experience was beyond bad and I hope this place either makes adjustments or closes cause buying is a crazy commitment and to have licensed professionals drop the ball at what seemed every chance they got I don't wish that for anyone. P.S. If this was any other profession, just ask yourself, "Would you be ok with multiple mistakes?" Like imagine you go get your taxes done by a licensed professional just for them to mess up.Then say you have a unique situation, and now you have to pay because they didn't do they jobs right. Would that be ok with you?

So glad we worked with Jesse on purchasing our new home! He was extremely helpful and always there for every question we had. Everything stayed on track the whole time. I couldnt recommend him more!
