        Ive only been here since November but I vehemently disagree with the other person who posted. Kat has been nothing but helpful and sincere since I moved in. Ive had genuinely zero issues and the apartment is very nice for the price

        Kathy Browning-Ferro is a horrible landlord. She bullies and terrorizes tenants to get them to leave and then keeps the security deposits and then charges them to renovate her property. Ask around, she's bad news, all the neighbors hate her. She wouldn't be able to get you a single positive reference from past tenants either. Run
