        Josh recently helped me apply for my 1st mortgage. Even with my lack of credit history & what I did have wasn't great, He was still able to find a way to get the loan approved. Josh was always available, I mean ALWAYS, to help with any questions I may have had. Nearer the end of the process, he was able to find a better rate than the 1st lender & made a last minute change and continue to help when it probably had little benefit to him. All things said, I have only positive comments about my experience with both Josh & Johna Barrow. On point & timely sums it up. Happy home hunting !
