I had a service contract from Airpro Professionals in which a service person came out for an annual check. When he came out he told me that my condenser pump for the AC needed to be replaced.At that time I opted NOT to replace it because I saw no water near the furnace, which there SHOULD BE, if the pump was not working. I left the area with the service person alone. Shortly after I came back he was up on the ladder near the location of where the water was leaking from. It seems he disconnected the condenser line because I refused to replace it, and he seemed upset because I did not replace it. As a result of him disconnecting the condenser line, instead of water being discharged to the outside, it all went into my basement and I had a lot of mold and water damage, which I am now having spend a lot of money to address. Also, I lost many personal photos and belongings, which can never be replaced ,due to mold. I would stay away from this company for services because I feel they were trying to sell me a part that I did not need., and were not trustworthy. I later had it checked out by another HVAC company who found nothing wrong with the part, except for the water line being disconnected, which led to water damage. Additionally, I have health issues resulting from the mold.

Had them come for a routine maintenance of my gas furnace which has not been checked a few years. They found a problem with the switch on the gas valve and were able to replace it in a second trip. I only had to pay for the part and install. Was worried they might try to charge me for the maintenance but they thankfully did not.

Paul was on time, professional and friendly. He performed the winter maintenance in a timely manner. APA has been great and we are glad we use them. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

They were extremely professional. The technician arrived on time, wore booties in the house, and did a very thorough servicing of my HVAC system. Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair
