My Clients have been property lessors for several years and during the covid epidemic they were shut down. This Property management has used every opportunity to take financial advantage of them. They are greedy and find more ways to take money and undermine small black business. Hurricane IDA flood, they claim no responsibility with structural damage due to foundation issues.
