Ideal Dental Services: Freedman, Richard S DDS

I WAS RECOMENDED to DR Freedman, he is a nice guy and the staff was great , i never waited long , i got partials , DR told me after they take out 7 teeth that were real bad , i had the perfect amount of teeth to lock in my partials.SO WHY CAN I NOT EAT? i had him fix the front tooth that was crooked and smaller then the rest ,But he did not want to, Iam ok with the front he fixed, i asked him what about the bottom? HE says he can put a implant , why would i do that ? i have dentures . so he wants me to spend more , HE told me use poly grip . it dont work i cannot eat . i am not happy . like ,He made a mistake and refuse to correct it . go somewhere else .

I had an amazing experience at Ideal dental services! The staff was extremely helpful and made things smooth my whole visit. Doctor Freedman was extremely patient and explained everything he was going to be doing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done!!

I recently broke my dental bridge and called Ideal Dental Services. They immediately gave me an appointment even though they were very busy. The office staff and dentists were all professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The office was modern, clean and had the most up to date equipment unlike any other dental offices I had been to in the past. I would highly recommend this dental practice. They made what was a very upsetting experience much less stressful.

Ive never encountered an office with the level of incompetence that this one offers. I found the dentist through my insurance website, the website said they take my insurance. I called Ideal dental, and one of the staff members told me they take my insurance. I called my insurance to switch dentists. Ideal dental wasted my time by allowing me to make the appointment. I go into the office, fill out the paperwork, only to be told like 10 minutes later that Id have to pay out of pocket because they dont take my insurance! Why Im the world would you waste my time like that? How can a human being possibly be that incompetent. Where do they hire these people? Why does someone who lacks that much intelligence get a job? Is this some kind of joke, am I being punked? Im honestly outstanded, that someone could waste that much of my time and literally have no empathy.

I just started out with Dr Freeman what a awesome person I was very scared to get my teeth done my cousin introduce me to Ideal Dental and when you walk in the Dental Assistance are so so friendly they laugh with you and they do make you content on being there Dr Freeman is my Dentist like I said before he is awesome He makes his patients so so content in being there he will make sure you are comfortable and content being in his dental chair He makes you laugh and he is very Gental so if you ever need your mouth fix DrFreeman He's the Doctor also when you are late he never turns you back He will take you if you come at a reasonable time I was late a whole half an hour he waited fir me That's what I call awesome Don't forget Ideal Dental is the place Thank you Barbara G For being who you are He does good work I can smile now
