Wile there was many choices for mold remediation companies, I found Aaron to be fairly priced and well equipped to tackle the 23 unit remediation job. Not only did they do it in less time than expected so I could get the other contractors there they were also on time everyday. He also came back to touch a few things up because my guys werent fast enough to stay ahead of his team. All around a great experience and have no regrets with what contractor I choose. If in dought let me tell you will be glad you did, they go above and beyond to make sure the client has a good experience and there so easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. We had a huge project that was overwhelming to say the least. Aaron and his team came out and made this impossible project a reality! Professional, hard working, kind and amazing at what they do! If you need help with cleanup, I highly recommend 716 Clean Up!

716 Cleanup and Restoration came and took care of a massive mold situation in our basement. I called and talked with Annette who walked me through the process, then she sent Austin out right away for an estimate. They were WAAAAY more affordable than other companies around, and they took a TON of time with me during my estimate. On the day-of, they were on time, very professional and friendly, and super respectful of my house. They explained the whole process to me and got right to work. Everyone seemed to know what their role was and they worked great together. Huge commendations to Austin, Andy, Tyler, and Joe. You guys did really great work. Also, I thought it was AWESOME that the owner came to my house as soon as the work was complete and did a full inspection, AND talked to me for a half hour afterwards about what was done, what we can expect going forward, etc. and answered all of my questions. If you're looking for professionals to come and take care of whatever you have going on in your basement, call them. Don't even call around, just call them.

After buying our house we noticed there was a mold problem. We called 716 Clean Up & Restoration and Annette sent Aaron out to our home right away. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained what the company would do to give us a mold free home. The next day six men arrived and hours later our home was mold free!. There were other matters to resolve in the home and Lee came to take care of those issues including a couple that we added to the list. The response time with this company was amazing! Everyone was professional and caring. Everything that we needed taken care of was accomplished in three days time. Thank you to Annette, Aaron, Steve, Lee and the rest of the gang for their above and beyond care of our home and giving us piece of mind. We highly recommend 716 Clean Up & Restoration!
