        The driver was rude after I had just got out of the hospital and was high on pain meds. He did t even want to go find a nurse or someone to fix the mistake on my paper.

        Contacted this company because of many good (fake?) Reviews. For me: even one star is an excessieve overrating . As European tourists in our sixties we wanted to make sure we could reach our Canadian side hotel in Niagara Falls after our arrival by train at around 8pm at Niagara falls NY Amtrak station. My first whatsapp was not answered at all. But as you never know if there was some technical miscommunication (after all the review were so brilliant) I tried again. This time by contact formular on the website. What happend? Almost immidiatly I got a confirmation. Exactly of the trip we needed. With te remark: the driver will contact you with another confirmation before departure. Well: you guess already: no driver contacted about anything. Though we had a confirmed booking. By this time we were already in USA and on the date we departed to Niagara Falls from New York I decided to contact again to make sure the driver should wait at the correct time. Via Facebook messeging this time. Quite confusing communication, with few words, but anyway it was 'yes, it is ok' So at last a quiet mind. Some time later a message again. 'Sorry, the drivers will not be there' ?#!@!! Unbelieveable. Is this a reliable taxi Company as you can read on internet? ?#!@+! They addeded: but there are allways other taxi's available. Well: at last we were lucky: we were quite quick out of the train and there was just 1 taxi there. So fortunatly we were the first people and could catch it. Otherwise we (couple from Europe in our sixties, wanting to make sure everything is safe and organised for travelling) had to walk the miles from the Amtrak station to Rainbow Bridge- Canada ourselves when sunset is already setting in. Conclusion : never get in touch with this company. Zero stars.

        We road twice with Nour, and enjoyed every minute. He is an excellent driver, very personable, very helpful and interesting to talk with. The experience became a part of the trip. We recommend him highly and without any reservations.
