I appreciate the program but the pricing is a bit ridiculous for what you get. My mom's disabled and is a diabetic. I think this program is good for her, it encourages her to eat healthier. I'm just really on the fence about how much they charge for food that seems like comes from a TV dinner. People are differing in this country, all over. People deserve better.

We have been providing nutritious meals to some of our most vulnerable residents in the Niagara Falls community since 1970.

Meals on Wheels of Niagara Falls was started in 1970 and was the first local meals provider in Niagara Falls.

We are a private non-profit and we do not receive funding from the government. All funding comes from client payments and private donations.

We provide meals for 65 residents daily.

We appreciate your concerns about the pricing. However, you should know that all of our meals are prepared onsite and most are made from scratch. We have not had a price increase since 2014. Our current meals are 6.50 per hot meal which includes the main entree, milk or juice, soup or salad and a dessert or fruit. For 7.50 per day they receive the previous and a large half sandwich with a side. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office. Thank you.
