Luss Nail Bar - Niagara Falls

I go there for my eyebrows great job I dont go for nails very often but when I do they usually look decent I was disappointed last time did a very fast job the next day they were chipping already and my cuticles didn't even look like they were trimmed....time to find a new place!

To be honest it was ok, they layered my nails to the point they ended up popping off not even a week later, the staff could be nicer and the wait could have been shorter.

I had an appointment, it took over half an hour even with an appointment and I had to ask the little boy at the front how long. His mother came and told me 5-10 minutes so I waited, When It came to me getting my nails done. I picked two colors and she told me it was extra, she was very rude about it and then after I said I wanted one color, she just walked away and went off talking to others. I told them I didnt want my nails done and yet again she just walked away and then tried to ask somebody else if they wanted to get their nails done now. Horrible customer service and rude people.

Just saw on Facebook how the cut this poor little girls the cuticles. It very weird to see in the reviews the have done that in the past to other clients. Very wired and suspicious, not to say something else might be going on that can result in a public health issue. I would stay away from this place.
