Zastrow Elizabeth DDS

Upon my very first visit to Dr. Zastrow's office, the atmosphere was so relaxing, very low key, a no stress dental office. Dr. Zastrow and her staff were all very friendly and very professional, making me feel like a person, not a number like in other practices. We need more practices like this. So we did what anyone would do when looking for a dentist. Called here. Was told they excepted our insurance. Had a 5wk wait til appt. Go in today and get told they except only some of the people with United and that we were not covered. In over a month my tooth pain has gotten bad and now im gonna have another wait period. We asked, we did what we were suppose to do. This place is very unprofessional! I am very upset about this. I mean seriously to wait that long. Should of said no to begin with and i would have found someone. No wonder there are never any cars in the parking lot. Maybe it was a sign. I know ill never recommend this place to anyone!

I just want to compliment Dr. Zastrow on a great job reconstructing my broken tooth. Looks great and fits perfect !

After a nasty face plant I was missing 3/4 of my central incisor, my very front tooth!!! Worst nightmare! Dr. Z fixed it that morning, and it looks great! No more avoiding smiles. :D
