I would recommend that you look at a different uniform company, Ever since Unifirst bought Ulster uniform we have had nothing but problems with their uniform delivery services. They pick up the dirty uniforms, but don't return the same number the following week, The have given us uniforms with the hems not completed on pants, they forget to get the uniforms from the dirty uniform hamper, they are quick to charge and try to lock you in on a 5 year contract, and slow to respond to any issues. customer service is horrible.

JUST AN UPDATE, THEY ACTUALLY SUED ME AND I DONT KNOW IF ILL NE ABLE TO CONTINUE KEEPING MY DOORS OPEN OVER THIS. THANKS ALOT UNIFIRST. I chose Unifirst after a couple years into my repair shop. I was promised the highest level of quality and boy was that far from the truth. Missing uniforms, repairs to uniforms that were never made even though I have the garment protection program! Never the right amount of rags, missing floor mats, constantly trying to hide hidden fees and change the price. And now after getting so fed up and canceling my service, they are suing me for 13k which will destroy my local 7 employee business and hurt my family. I would understand if the lost some huge account with a multi million dollar business. But to come after a small local business is just disgusting. Do yourself a favor if you are a small business, stay as far away from this corporate money mill and go with someone local who has a heart and can take ownership of poor service and just walk away.hopefully I will have a business to dress in uniform after they take all I have in my business account. Welcome to the new world of corporate take overs as they purchase all of the local uniform companys.

Working at Unifirst over the last year has been a significant step up in my professional growth. The Branch Manager has been a tremendous help in changing the culture, and drastically changing the trajectory of the branch. That along with the Office Administrator and the Service Manager has made this a great environment to work in. Sure its not always perfect but the best part is that we are our own little family here, whether its the RSRs on route, the sales people or anyone in the office on a given day. Everyone is there to work together and help each other. Truly a winning team culture
