        If you dont know where this place is, because its so out-of-the-way, make sure to put it in your GPS. It was a truly amazing dining experience. The food was phenomenal and Pamela herself came out to see how every was and we had a very nice conversation with her. I highly recommend Pamelas on the Hudson.

        Even though they are working with a smaller staff than usual Pamela is on the Hudson came up with a magnificent brunch. From the smoked salmon platter to the waffles with fried chicken to the French toast or was excellent and presented beautifully. The bloody Mary was pretty darn good too Nice location with great views of Mount beacon in the Newburgh beacon bridge Worth a visit Now that it's springtime and COVID is receding they are getting even busier. So make those reservations for brunch

        Pamela's is a hidden gem of Newburgh. With places coming in and trying so hard to be trendy, Pamela's reflects real local charm. Amazing food, personalized service and a view that is unmatched by any place I've been in the Hudson Valley. I have had several events there over the years and recommend Pamela every chance I get.
