We were given Gisele Rosado's name as a referral from another person, and coming off of a bad experience with a different 5 star company, I was hesitant to call them, and didn't hold much hope they would be any better. Well I am so thrilled we had no need to be leery! Gisele, Betsy, and Doris each gave exemplary service, beyond what our hopes were! It was our first time using their services to purchase a property in NY, and to set up a portion of our business there! Living in Florida we were not used to the many challenges, and hoops that are needed to be jumped thorough, to deal with property in NY, and to do it the right way. Well we couldn't have been in better hands! We were given the proper guidance each step of the way. They responded to calls and emails with lightning speed. With our first closing done, my husband and I can say with zero hesitation if you need any of the services they offer, there is no need to look around to see if there is anyone better, just call them, you'll immediately know why they come so highly recommended!

We purchased a home earlier this year and Betsy, Doris, and Gisele made the process smooth and expedient. They let us know what we needed to get done by what time (including some more complicated specifics related to our case) so that the day we closed, everything was in place.
